I didn't wear my retainer when I had them in 7th and 8th grade. I learned my lesson.

I'm guilty on the no retainer bit. They put a permanent one on the bottom, but the top... Well, luckily they only shifted a little bit.
I am 26 and just had to get braces for the secondtime for the same reason...those damn retainers :-)
