I am not a cold person.

I believe children should have comprehensive sexuality education beginning in Kindergarten.
I believe that the government should provide free birth control to women.
I believe that people should have to obtain a license to have a child. A license includes an application, proof of employment, parenting classes, a written test, and a medical exam. Parents of a baby born without a license may obtain a license at an additional fee or can give their child up for adoption.
I believe that abortions should be legal and free. It costs the tax-payers more to raise an unwanted child than to abort a pregnancy.
With that being said, a child is not a child until it is deemed viable by a physician. Until then, it is a mass of tissue, much like a tumor.

Just some things that I know will never happen, but I think should because of overpopulation, the environment, the economy, poverty, crime, violence, and other various reasons that have been pissing me off lately.

I couldn't agree more Sally.

I've been a proponent for child licenses for years. Isn't competency in child rearing a lil more critical than driving a car?

I found your blog by looking for pictures of Great Danes. Weird. Anyway, I thoroughly enjoyed this post and fully understand the thoughts of obtaining a license to reproduce. It would minimize ignorant people from obtaining children.

I love Great Danes. Well, at least people are reading. Thank you. Please come back.

I too found your blog looking for great dane pictures. Unlike the other readers, I was very taken back by your attitude. There are many, many people in this world who should not have the right to procreate, but that having been said, it's not the governments right to dictate to us who can and cannot have children. I enjoy living in a democracy and hope and pray it stays that way.

I just wonder if your feelings and views may change if and when you have children of your own. I am assuming you do not. I won't be reading any further to find out.

I have been saying most of this for years. Especially the license to have a child.
